Blue flowers for every season

Here are two more quick and easy, 5 minute card ideas using designs from the Flowers for Every Season 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.

It's fun letting the designer series paper do the heavy lifting!

For more card ideas, ideas, please visit my 5 Minute Creations Page HERE.

The greeting and bees on the top card came from the retired Honey Bee stamp set and Detailed Bee Dies.  Sorry for using retired product, but those sunflowers just needed bees!

The greeting on the 2nd card is from the Paper Pumpkin kit Flora and Fauna, which I use a lot.

The butterfly is from Butterfly Gala.

Bright and cheery, they make quick and easy 5 minute card creations.

Let the Designer Series Paper do the heavy lifting.

For these 2 cards, I added the greeting from Butterfly Gala stamped using Misty Moonlight and Poppy Parade inks, matted with Misty Moonlight and Poppy Parade card stock, and cut out using my Big Shot and Stitched Nested Label Dies.

The pearls were colored using Night of Navy and Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends.

DSPMade with Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper.

Greeting and butterflies are from Butterfly Gala.

DSP 1Made with Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper.

Greeting is from Free as a Bird.

Or, you can leave off a greeting and let the designer paper due the heavy lifting like I did with these 3 cards.

Peaceful poppies easy DSPMade with Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper.

DSPMade with Best Dressed Designer Series Paper.

DSPMade with Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper.

Here's how:

  1. Cut center out of designer series paper card front using the Big Shot and Stitched Rectangle Die.  Cut mat rectangle out of coordinating card stock.  Attach together.
  2. Attach card front to coordinating mat.  Attach to card base.
  3.  Attach rectangle cut-out, matching the design on the card front.  Use Dimensionals to pop it up.
  4.  Option: Add greeting and embellishments if desired.

Please remember, all of these designer series papers are retiring and will be available while supplies last or until June 2.
