Definitely Dahlia Meets the Emboss Resist Technique Part 2

Emboss Resist TechniqueWow!

That's what happens when the bold Definitely Dahlia stamp is paired with the Emboss Resist Technique!

(to see another idea using the Definitely Dahlia paired with the Emboss Resist Technique, please visit my post HERE)

For this card, I swiped my Embossing Buddy over the Whisper White card front.  I stamped the Definitely Dahlia using Versamark and then heat embossed it using my heat tool and white embossing powder.  I sponged Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral and Pumpkin Pie inks over the embossed images.  I then buffed the images with a paper towel, removing the ink and making the flowers pop.   The ink will resist where the images have been embossed.

I stamped the greeting from Another Thank You using Early Espresso ink after I heat embossed the flowers, but before sponging on the inks.  I wanted the greeting in place so I could lightly sponge around it.

This card has a fall feel to it.  By switching up the colors, it could easily be made into a spring or summer themed card.
