We have an interesting color challenge this week over at the Nacho Average Challenges.
Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade and Crumb Cake
Here's my contribution:
At first, I wasn't sure what to do with the color combination. I kept asking myself, "what does this combination remind me of?" And I kept coming up with popsicles! So, I got out my stamp set Mouthwatering which includes a great popsicle image. I was glad to have an excuse to use this fun stamp before winter sets in!
The greeting was created in My Digital Studio and printed out on glossy white card stock. The popsicles were colored using a combination of ink pads and markers and stamped on glossy white card stock with the help of my Stamp-a-ma-jig.
Be sure to check out each of the Design Team's entry to the challenge and leave a comment if you can. It means a lot to all of us! We'd also love for you to play along with the weekly challenges. A Linky Tool has been added so you can upload your creation to the Nacho Design Team site.
