Paper Quilling or paper filigree is a craft that involves rolling thin strips of paper into decorative shapes, then arranging them to create a picture. You can frame your finished works, or turn them into greeting cards, gift tags, picture frames or use them as embellishments for scrapbook pages.
I am very excited to offer a paper quilling class taught by the very talented Monica Bergeron! Monica taught me how to paper quill one afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to do with very little supplies needed.
Please join us for an afternoon of friendship and paper quilling!
We will make this cute Valentine's Day card using the Big Shot and Scallop Envelope die from Stampin' Up! The card will be accented with paper quilled hearts!
