There's another fun challenge this week over at Less is More. The challenge is create a one layer card with 3 of anything. Three of the same color, design, or even use the number 3.
Here's my contribution:
For this card, I got out my watercolor crayons. First I made a stencil/mask the size of the card base and cut a rectangle out of the middle. I placed my stencil on the card base and colored inside the cut out using the watercolor crayons. Then, I blended the colors with an aquapainter. Once the paper dried, I stamped the butterflies using Basic Black ink. Pretty straight forward and easy.
Supplies Used:
Stamp Set: Kindness Matters
Paper: Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: various watercolor crayons, aquapainter, paper trimmer/scorer
