I was so excited to receive a box from Stampin' Up! last week filled with new catalog goodies! One of the first stamp sets I chose out of the new catalog was World Treasures. I was really taken with the peacock and could see lots of fun projects in my future using it. But after mounting and testing all the stamps, it is the dandelion type flower that comes with the set that I really, really like. It is such a sweet and simple design. I see using this stamp a lot!
I decided I'd use it for this week's Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge.
This is a pretty straight-forward card as I wanted to keep the design simple. I used markers to color each of the flowers, stems and leaves. I also used International Bazaar Designer Series Paper which beautifully coordinates with the stamp set. Brads were added for a little extra pop.
