Yes, today is my birthday. I am going to spend the afternoon with some stampin' friends creating birthday cards in my Happy Birthday Stamp a Stack.
This is one of the cards we will be creating.
I love the using the new Folk Flowers Decor Stencils from Stampin' Up! (found on page 18 of the Mini catalog) They are so easy to use and give that added pop. I did this one in purples as that is my favorite color.
For this afternoon's get together, I will be serving some of my favorite things: chocolate cake (baked by my dear friend Melita), ice cream, bread home-baked by my husband, cheetos, fritos, and chocolate! Forget your diet this afternoon! And then for dinner, my husband and I will go to my Mom's. She will cook my favorite dinner, chicken curry. She makes it for me every year for my birthday. So, I think it will be a most excellent birthday!
